This Cooperative Fire Protection Agreement is made and entered into by and between the following entities, who may be referred to herein jointly as the PARTIES: (1) the United States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service,

Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest, Carson Ranger District, referred to as Federal Agency and (2) the Sierra Fire Protection District, hereinafter referred to collectively

as the Department.

After the introductory header our (FS and BLM) formatting will be different but we will have mostly the same clauses and similar wording:
