From, M/s ACBD petroleum agencies & ABCDE Animal Feed Unit To The Branch Manager, Subject: (Requesting for a loan in your esteemed organization for my upcoming project and expand the current fuel station business) We have a petrol outlet in the name of M/S ABCD petroleum agencies and also we own one animal feeds mill, our outlet is located in ABDC to UVWX main road. Which is actually 16KM from ABCD this locality has many schools and mainly dependent on agriculture, Our fuel outlet is renowned for maintaining quality and quantity because of which we have a very strong customer base who are always prefer our outlet only. Already we are selling 2000 liters of diesel and 1000 liters of petrol on daily basis, on the other hand we have turnover of 1lakh to 1.5 lakh RS per day sales from our animal feeds unit. I would like to expand my business because I have identified some new opportunities which will help me to increase the sales as well will bring in additional income to the tune of 2 lakh rupees approximately We have an empty land next this outlet, here I have a plan to construct a commercial complex which consists of one Hotel and milk collection center and Tea shop and an ATM center and also a medical shop,

Already we are selling 2000 liters of diesel and 1000 liters of petrol on daily basis, on the other hand we have turnover of 1lakh to 1.5 lakh RS per day sales from our animal feeds unit.
I would like to expand my business because I have identified some new opportunities which will help me to increase the sales as well will bring in additional income to the tune of 2 lakh rupees approximately
We have an empty land next this outlet, here I have a plan to construct a commercial complex which consists of one Hotel and milk collection center and Tea shop and an ATM center and also a medical shop,
Currently I am in need of Working capital to the tune on 1 crore rupees to execute the above business plan and one crore will be used utilized as mentioned below
One Crore will be utilized as mentioned below :
40 lakhs rupees will be spent towards fuel outlet to keep an additional stock as well as to purchase a tanker lorry, since I am using a rental vehicle currently if I have my own vehicle which I will use it for my purpose and also I will have a rental income using this vehicle ,
Another 30 lakhs will be utilized for keeping additional stock of animal feeds (Tamarind seeds black and white)
And the remaining part of 30 lakhs will be used to construct the commercial building.
