Trading since 1880, Loake has evolved over the years to be a

distribution networks, a strong online presence and own

retail shops which extend nationally and internationally.

As a world-renowned quality gentlemen’s shoemakers,

holders of the Royal Warrant since 2007 and winners of ‘Best

Men’s Footwear Brand’ at the 2012 Annual Footwear

Awards, Loake expects a similar high standard and service

from its suppliers and business partners.

THE PRIMA SOLUTIONLoake chose to partner with Prima Solutions over 15 years

ago to support its business growth. Since then, the business

has invested in PrimaNet, the multichannel software solution

clothing, footwear and accessories industry.

Loake’s PrimaNet modules include Order Management and

business including sales ordering, stock allocation and

More recently, Loake has implemented the PrimaNet

Production Module to control their intricate manufacturing

process. The process of making Loake Goodyear Welted

shoes involves some 200 operations, which takes up to 8

weeks to complete. By using PrimaNet Production, Loake

ensures that the business always has detailed visibility of all

production throughout the manufacturing cycle.

In addition, Loake has enhanced management reporting,

providing detailed insight and analysis of the entire

production process to ensure efficiency and to support

effective decision making across the entire production facility.
