Key Features

The busbars are ASTA certified with a short-circuit withstand rating of 25kA for 1 secondfor the 250A panel board and 25kA for 3seconds for the 400A panel board.

Form 3 is standard on the 400A panel boardand this can be achieved for the 250A panelboard with terminal shields fitted to theoutgoing devices.

The Loadbank 125 offers an uncomplicatedsolution for power distribution forcommercial and industrial applications withthe availability of add-on enclosures such asmetering enclosures and service centreswhich match the dimensional profile of thepanel board.

Outgoing devices consist of a single framesize utilising the Loadline YA2 frame MCCB upto 125A which are a cost effective option forcircuit protection.

Standard finish is epoxy powder coating inlight grey RAL 7035.

Surge ProtectionA Type II Class II surge protection devicecan be internally installed in theLoadbank 125 panel boards. This devicecomes with a remote indicator panelwhich fits in a knockout in the frontshield for easy surge protectionmonitoring. Key Features

Panel boards are available in either a 6 or 10TP&N outgoing ways with Form 2b Type 2 asstandard. Form 4a Type 2 can be achievedwith shielding available as an optionalaccessory.

Several incoming options are available from200A to 800A and a comprehensive range ofmetering facilities is available for compliancewith the Building Regulations Part L2.

A variety of add-on enclosures is available tocomplement this range, including MCBdistribution boards, general purposeenclosures and cableways to allow formetering and surge protection devices.

The standard finish is epoxy powder coatingin light grey RAL 7035.

Incoming OptionsOur Loadbank 200 fuse switch panel board system canhouse either a 400A, 630A or 800A fuse switch byselecting the required add-on incoming enclosure.Add-on incoming enclosures are supplied with allnecessary copper connections and fully shroudedincoming terminations. For 200A incoming option youcan install a 200A fuse switch in a spare outgoing waywith no need for an additional add-on enclosure.

The Loadbank 250 modular enclosuresystem is engineered to provide theunrivalled flexibility and build simplicityneeded in order to produce a wide rangeof power distribution solutions. Itconsists of TP&N busbars of 400A and800A with three different sizes of 6, 12or 18 outgoing ways.

MCCB Panel BoardsSurge ProtectionSurge Suppression Device MountingThere are two different ways of providing surge protection for the Loadbank 250 Panel Boardrange and both options are offered with Type I and Type II surge protection devices.

Option 1: 2 module high cableway complete with surge protection device

Option 2: Frame for mounting the surge protection device in a cableway larger than 2 moduleshigh

Type I Class I Surge Suppression Device• Three-phase & neutral, 25kA L-N, 100kA surge protector• Maximum continuous operating voltage (Uc) is 275V AC rms• Lightning impulse current 10/350ms, L-N (Iimp) is 25kA• Lightning impulse current 10/350ms, N-PE (Iimp) is 100kA• Total lightning impulse current 10/350ms, L1, L2, L3, N-PE (Itotal) is 100kA

Type II Class II Surge Suppression Device• Two stage (redundant) protection with pre-failure indication• Maximum continuous operating voltage (Uc) L-N is 300V rms and L-L is 500V rms• Maximum surge current (8/20ms) (Imax) is 30kA per phase• Leakage current to earth is 600mA
