CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To clean, remove dirt with a soft brush. Wash with mild soap and warm water. Never use harsh detergents or bleach as that can
degrade the materials. Allow to air dry away from direct sunlight. Do not store damp.
Always keep your LRB™ away from sharp objects or anything that could cut, abrade, or burn the harness.
Normal use allows for a 3 year life of this product. Due to natural degradation of materials, any LRB™ that is 7 years or older should
be destroyed, even if unused, to prevent use.
IN THE EVENT OF A MAJOR FALL, DISCONTINUE USE OF THE LRB™ & LRB™ FLOATING LOOP AND DESTROY THEM TO PREVENT FURTHER USE.
Inspect each contrasted-color stitch to ensure the threads are still intact on the LRB™ & LRB™ FLOATING LOOP.
Inspect LRB™ & LRB™ FLOATING LOOP to insure the webbing fibers are intact, not abraded or burned, and do not show excessive wear
from prolonged use.*
Inspect LRB™ & LRB™ FLOATING LOOP for chemical contamination or excessive UV light exposure. Look for discolored, faded, or
degraded components that may indicate exposure to corrosive elements.*
Inspect the hardware to ensure there are no cracks or burrs that could compromise the webbing in high-load situations.*
If your LRB™ or LRB™ FLOATING LOOP fails inspection, it must be destroyed to prevent further use.
*Perform inspection before each use
WARNINGThe LRB™ is engineered to perform the duties of a safety restraint, whereby the user is prevented from reaching a position where a fall

Attempt to modify or repair the belt in any way

through your pant belt loops, the buckle and FRONT ANCHOR LOOP
should be positioned left-center.
To secure the LRB™, pass the running end of webbing through both
of the hardware pieces from the bottom. Separate the two pieces
and pass webbing end over the top bar and back through bottom
opening. Pull until snug.

ACCESSORY INSTALLATION
13 LRB™, LOAD RATED BELT
FLOATING LOOP USAGEFor certain airborne platforms that require you to face outward or forward, the LRB™ FLOATING LOOP can be installed to vary the lanyard
attaching point.
WARNING: Do not attach the LRB™ FLOATING LOOP inside-out.
The label and thin webbing must be positioned on the inside of
the LRB™ FLOATING LOOP. Attaching the loop inside-out is likely to
result in serious injury or death.

14ACCESSORY INSTALLATION
FLOATING LOOP PANT BELT INSTALLATION
When installing the LRB™ FLOATING LOOP, the LRB™ should pass
through the small webbing loop with the stitching oriented across
the top. This positioning will aid in bartack inspection.
Depending on your position in the aircraft, the LRB™ FLOATING
LOOP should be installed in-between the belt loops on your pants.
You should use all your belt loops.
A B
FLOATING LOOP MRB™ OUTER BELT INSTALLATION
There are two points on the MRB™ OUTER COVER that the LRB™
FLOATING LOOP can be installed. At the curved portions of the
MRB™ OUTER COVER, the belt can be exposed.
These points are ideal for installing the LRB™ FLOATING LOOP.
When installing LRB™, ensure you pass the LRB™ over the
SUSPENDER LOOP to reduce the possibility of tying into the wrong
point.

15 LRB™, LOAD RATED BELT
LANYARD INSTALLATION
When tying lanyard into the FRONT ANCHOR LOOP or the LRB™
FLOATING LOOP, ensure the hardware is locked.
Always leave LRB™ FLOATING LOOP stitching visible for easy
inspection.
