It protects that persons work so that no one is allowed to use it without the permission of that person.

When working for a client it is your job to ensure that moral issues are considered in the project.

The target audience for this project is very young and you must consider how you will make your game content appropriate for the audience.

It is also your responsibility to ensure that the game will not cause upset or harm to anyone playing it.

Pan European Game Information is a company that certifies video games by identifying the age a game would be most suitable for.

This all relates to the content of the video game and prevents younger players being exposed to inappropriate content.

The age rating doesn’t take into account the difficulty or skill level required to play the game.
