address LNG small scale satellite projects. CRYOLOR accompanies the
customer throughout the project ( incl. layout definition, load
calculation, seismic & wind risk analysis, logistics & commissioning), as
follows:1 – Cryogenic Storage Tank with control cabinet
• Definition of the size (vertical or horizontal)
depending on customer needs, from 10m3 to
140m3 (larger sizes upon request)
• Design pressures from 5 to 17b
• Ergonomic control cabinet including all necessary
safety devices (fire-safe valves, ATEX(2) temperature

2 – Complete Vaporization unit
Connexion of ambient vaporizer(s) to the tank with downstream equipment:
• Electrical Gas heater
• Odoriser
• Automated regulation –predefined- according to pressure and flow
• Interconnecting pipes and actuated valves
3 - Automation system and database management
• Remote control of the actuated valves
• Data retrieval by GPRS modem on LNG distributor’s server
o Monitoring of tank level and pressure, gas temperature &
leakage and flame detection
o Trouble shooting : level, temperature, pressure sensors
that send warnings through operator’s server (with text
message to customer’s cell phone)
