LM Dental Tracking System™ has been developed to tackle everyday challenges regarding traceability and documentation at a modern dental clinic. The system uses RFID technology to track, monitor and control instruments and materials. A tiny RFID chip in hand instruments, hand pieces, filling materials etc from different manufacturers allows them to be traced by simple scanning. This identification technology creates a unique dental tracking system together with scanning readers and server software. The LM DTS™ system optimizes and streamlines material flows at dental clinics – both in maintenance and clinical care.

The latest development in the DTS™ system is the RFID cabinet which can be used for storing and scanning dental materials. Material packages are read and monitored using ultra high frequency (UHF) RFID technology.

Placing RFID stickers on implant, filling material and other packages enables DTS™ to keep track of the inventory levels inside the cabinet, document usage by department or staff member, and store serial or LOT-numbers for traceability.Turn your data into improvements.
