View status of DC Voltage a moment after switch off AC Source. We can see images above, when the Voltage goes down and reached 48.7 VDC, The loads (BTS) Disconnected (0.5 Adc).

Final Conclusion:
The parameter level for LLVD and BLVD set directly to the Rectifier
system on site.
The LLVD and BLVD level parameter set only through M2000 and directly
test on site with switch OFF AC Source for the Rectifier.
The Trial of Decreasing Voltage level with setting the LVD parameter was
successful.
The NON Priority loads (BTS) which connected to RECTIFIER System
(APM30) are disconnected when the voltage drop to 49.0 VDC (base on
parameter set through M2000)
The Priority Loads which connected to RECTIFIER System (APM30) still
ON.
