development environment taking into account various tools which will be supported

- Implementing core functionality first- Builds are distributed weekly so the client can monitor developer process- Code repository can be ours (on GitLab) or client's- All developer tasks and time logged will be fully transparent to you in our

project tracking tool

comunication- For communication we recommends a following setup- A mandatory weekly call where we discuss project status (Skype, Google

Hangouts or any other video conferencing service)- Ad-hoc calls in case we needs to discuss something outside weekly calls- Direct communication through Slack (or any other messaging service)- You will have access to all artifacts produced during this project (code, files,

builds, etc.)- Code will be stored on Lloyds`s GitLab account
