Mouldings and MoreA virtually unending supply of mouldings and other decorative or complementary millwork from Marner Wood Products is available. Stock or custom, whatever your needs, you will find what you want from us.

MouldingStock mouldings are typically available in several species including Poplar, , but customers can choose from any species of wood they prefer. The type of wood selected determines the availability of widths and lengths. And depending on the grade of wood, the mouldings can either be stained or painted.

DimensionsEvery effort has been made to have each profile illustration rendered as accurately as possible. If you would like to see an actual profile sample, contact us.

LengthsAll orders are produced and shipped in random lengths 6'-12" unless ordered otherwise. Customer agrees to accept overage of lineal feet ordered not to exceed 10% greater than original order.

Order SpecificationsDue to the custom nature of our business, some profiles are not stocked but run to order. When ordering, please specify the profile number, wood species and footage. Orders may be placed in person, by phone, fax, or email.

PricingPrices and quotes are available from any of our professional sales team members. Please note that prices are subject to change.

Recommendations for Installation of Hardwood MouldingsMoulding should be stored indoors and off of the floor to keep it dry.

Allow mouldings to acclimate for 3 to 5 days in cool temperatures.

Adequate blocking is needed to attach crowns to ceilings and wide casing to walls.

During installation, nail mouldings securely to studs and glue mitred corners. Adhesives can be used when blocking is not available. Mitres can receive biscuit-type joinery.

Due to environmental conditions, we are not responsible for changes in mouldings during or after installation.

Unfinished woodwork is vulnerable. Apply finish as soon as possible following the manufacture instructions.

Never expose unfinished millwork to direct sunlight.

Wood SpecificationsWood is a beautiful, naturally occurring product. A variety of grain patterns and color tones will exist in the same wood specie. Growing conditions such as the amount of rainfall, soil type, sunlight, minerals and temperature contribute to these variations. Natural characteristics in the wood such as varying color shades, grain patterns, burl, pin knots, mineral deposits, and sap are not considered defects.

We add new profiles regularly so please ask to see any newly added profiles.

Custom molding profiles can be replicated and milled to your exact requirements. We design and grind our own tooling, matching your existing moulding pattern is no problem.

Many Mouldings may be used for applications other than how we have categorized them in the catalog.

CrownsCrown Moulding is usually installed in the corner where the ceiling and wall meet. It is a transitional moulding used to fill gaps and uneven edges or just add distinction to the room. The Crown Moulding can be as large as 15" depending on the style of the room. Mouldings can be combined to make a compound Crown Mould.
