What is going on?

• New site that serves as a formal marketing presence with correct, current info.

• Content being organized, cleaned up, etc.• “In progress” work content being moved to

other channels• Website maintenance process being redefined

and streamlined• Statistics being tracked• ALA changing content manager - again

What do you need to know?

• Web coordinator works with the LLAMA office to maintain style and functionality of site.

• Web coordinates and trains in the social/working web tools.

• Web coordinator works with the Website Advisory Board and Publications Editorial Advisory Board to explore new tools for delivery.

• Each section has a dedicated web volunteer to post content to the web. Those names will be distributed to LLAMA Leaders list.

Web Problems or Content Additions

• Section-specific content, contact section web volunteer first. If action goes unanswered or they cannot help, contact Fred Reuland & web coordinator.

• General web problems and new information, send to llamaalaweb@gmail.com and copy in Fred Reuland.

• Unsure, email llamaalaweb@gmail.com and it will get to the correct person.
