DESCRIBE VIEW. DIRECTION. ETC. direction of view is North. This plate shows where a segment of the 1S£1 construction and a seg ment of the 1892 construction meet. The similarity of materials can be seen. The sandstone serves to greatly accent the volcan ic block construction. Although the newer wing looks very drab at a distance, its beautiful detailing is seen up close.
