SENIOR PASTOR GARRY W. CUTHBERT - Founder of Durham region's Street Outreach, as well as Holy Spirit Ministries Food Basket - it is time for local businesses and Local Communities Christian Churches begin to work together and network with one another as there is differently a real need even though there are already existing agencies and supportive programs in place on a System Structure of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. But due to volume of youth, senior citizens, mentally challenged, physical challenged, single mothers with children and/or fathers with children, are currently struggling just to exist and not really living in these times.

There are many between the ages of 16 through to 55 years of age that do have some form of education with a diploma and/or certificate but are not working. There were still many who are going to school and yet because of lack of summer employment are not able to start school again after the summer holidays to return for the next semester education because of lack of in adequate funds to be able to do so.

On the other hand there are many with the employment making minimum wages and no benefits and those that do have the opportunity of benefits we are hearing in some cases they are caped at a fixed margin and no signs of any additional is coming too soon in the future.

Besides it is very obvious into today's workforce no employee's employment and/or benefits are secure the way one would think they are in these times.

The homeless and needy are in need throughout Durham region..... " TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE``
