Living our Cause... Growing our Cause Bob Hope said of Peter Kiewit, “He was a wonderful man who had charity in his heart morn- ing, noon and night. He left all of us with a world that is better”. The YMCA “Living our Cause…Growing our Cause” campaign to build a new Aquatic Center received another boost toward the goal of $16,000,000 with a gift from the Peter Kiewit Foundation of $350,000. “We are very excited about this gift. It gives the campaign more momentum as we head into the community phase” says Jay McGinnis, Executive Director of the Sheridan County YMCA. The $350,000 will be used as a match for the Community Din- ner on June 9th and will double the gifts of $10,000 and under.
