Living Legends Promotes HIV/Aids Awareness for December Fashion Events

Dec. 1, 2009 (Washington, DC)- Continuing to perpetuate the notion of “Fashion with a Purpose”, Living

Legends Entertainment, LLC. will be hosting two fashion shows this month in order to raise awareness for the

global epidemic of HIV/Aids. Living Legends Entertainment, LLC. is hosting an Entertainment Fashion Show ,

“WALK for the Cure”, on Thurs. Dec., 10, 2009 at Bowie State University’s McKeldin Gymnasium located at

14000 Jericho Park Rd Bowie, MD 20715. The admission is $5.00. Doors open at 7:00p.m., the show will begin

promptly at 7:30p.m.

In addition to the fashion show, “WALK for the Cure” will showcase step performances from local chapter of

black fraternities and sororities in support of HIV/Aids awareness. There will be on-site testing for patrons who

attend the fashion show.

Then, the following week, Living Legends Entertainment, LLC. is also hosting a Straight Runway Fashion Show,

“Haus of LLegend”, on Fri. Dec., 18, 2009 at Fur Night Club located at 33 Patterson Street NE, Washington DC

20002. The ticket prices are $15.00 for general seating in advance and the price will increase the day of the event.

Doors open at 8:30p.m., the show will begin promptly at 9:00p.m.

“Haus of LLegend” will showcase new and exclusive clothing lines from Washington D.C. and Maryland’s

premier clothing designers, boutiques, and local fashion retailers. Immediately following the fashion show will be

an after party in Fur Night Club. Guests who attend the show will already be admitted into the after party.
