Known Issues LiveAction 3.0 uses a new QoS database that is incompatible with previous LiveAction versions. A future 3.0x release will allow viewing of historical QoS data from previous versions. Upgrading to this version will leave the existing LiveAction 2.x QoS database untouched.

Known Issues Note: The Java webstart may appear to hang during the download and install process. There may be a Java caching issue that occurs when you upgrade to a more recent Java version. To continue with the webstart download, you will need to clear the Java cache. Please see Chapter 2 of the user guide or the upgrade guides for additional details.
