BRAAIMAXXTHE BBQ RE-INVENTED WINNER OF 1sT PRIzE AT sPOGA sHOW, GERMANY IN 2009 FOR “BEsT INNOVATION IN BBQs” CATEGORYA revolution in outdoor cooking with 2 independent cooking areas that allow for a variety of interchangeable cooking surfaces to be used; 2 at a time.

Both cooking sides have an independent dome which is double skinned, insulated with a non-stick coating on the inside of the dome to assist cleaning.

Each dome includes a thermometer. The Braaimaxx has doube side tables and includes a BBQ cover.

CADAC BRAAIMAXX MODULAR sYsTEM

5-Jet Turbo-Burner: With the CADAC 5-Jet Turbo-burner you can slow cook for hours

at low temperatures (at 100°C) constantly, or high cook and bake at high temperatures

near 300°C. Each burner is finely adjustable, includes both piezo ignition and flame

failure shut off.

Grill top: Includes 2 grill tops for traditional barbequing. The aluminium

grill is coated in hard, low-stick CADAC C-coat, for easy cleaning. No more

unhygienic grids.

BBQ, slow grillingand stewing

Cutting board: A bamboo cutting board drops into the front handle for food

preparation.

Skottel/Teppanyaki: Made from high grade stainless steel and aluminium

TriPly material – the stainless steel for wear and easy cleaning, and the

aluminium for excellent heat distribution. Use the Skottel for stir fries, eggs

and bacon, prawns, sausages, or for high-heat Teppanyaki cooking.

MERIDIAN WITH DOUBLE-sKINNED DOMEBRAAI IN sTYLECadac’s latest range of gas patio BBQs, called the “Meridian” range is an upmarket, superb quality range of gas BBQs that allow for a variety of

cooking methods. BBQ on superb quality grids, with all Meridians coming standard with 3 grids. The modular grid and accessory system allows grids

to be removed and any Meridian accessory to be dropped in. The meridian accessories include Teppanyaki plates, warmer pans, ceramic baking

stones and an “Argentine grill” to allow you to cook a whole range of exciting dishes on your BBQ. True to CADAC’s innovative form is the break-

through in BBQ hygiene introduced with this range; “the easy wash and clean” system. The smooth-walled porcelain enamelled construction of the

fire box and drainage channels flowing to a drip cup outside the BBQ, allow the BBQ to be thoroughly cleaned using oven cleaner or detergent and

water, eliminating residue build-up. The drip cup is emptied, wiped clean and easily replaced into the back of the BBQ after each use. This prevents

unhygienic, unsightly and dirty interiors of BBQs. Moreover, when the inside of the BBQ is wiped, there are no sharp edges that may cut hands. Choose

The fixed side table leaves plenty of room for food preparation. All the various tops are stored in the cabinet. The gas cylinder (not included) is also stored

away and tidy. Cleaning the BBQ burner box is now also made easy with an easy-to-clean construction. During cleaning and washing, the water drains to the

back of the fire box and then into a drainage bucket at the back. The dirty water collects in the bucket which is easy to remove. The dirty water is simply

thrown away, the bucket wiped clean and easily replaced at the back of the BraaiMaxx Deluxe and BraaiMaxx.

LEIsURE CHEF 57cmTHE VERsATILE GAs KETTLE BRAAIThe CADAC Leisure Chef is the 57cm addition to the popular CADAC Chef Range of portable barbeques with interchangeable tops. With 50% more

cooking area than the Carri Chef, it is the ideal alternative to a charcoal kettle BBQ with lots more options. It has one pressed half round grid, coated

in porcelain enamel and a half reversible griddle with a ribbed and a flat side. This is non-stick coated for easy cleaning and for a choice of meal

preparations from breakfasts to grilling, frying and indirect cooking. Also included is the famous CADAC skottel. Additional surfaces can be bought

as optional accessories to make a combination of cooking surfaces. The removable fat pan and drip cup for excess fat, helps to keep the BBQ clean

and hygienic.

THE KETTLE AT ITs BEsTRenowned for being industry leaders in terms of innovation, CADAC have re-invented the traditional charcoal kettle BBQ so as to solve the well-known

shortfalls of the traditional USA kettle. These important innovations are:

• Fixed legs to ensure they do not fall off when the BBQ is moved and to make the BBQ more stable.

• A stainless steel non-rust ash bowl to collect the ash so it doesn’t blow all over the outdoor area.

• Curved steel edges on the dome and bowl parts to prevent rust forming on the sharp edges.

• A patented and adjustable central air intake vent that controls the amount of air let in, and can shut off the air flow to reduce the use of charcoal.

• A central air outlet for a balanced central air outflow and inflow which ensures indirect cooking is optimal and symmetric.
