Why Extern?here’s why!

January 19, 2004

To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is in support of the candidacy of Andrea Antonik for a position in yourcompany. I have known Andrea for the past couple of months and have had thepleasure of being her supervisor as IT Director at Mahi Networks, Inc.

Andrea’s primary function while at Mahi has been related to the area of DesktopSupport. She has demonstrated a very wide range of skills that enabled her to jumpright in and contribute to the overall I.T. team without much assistance. Andrea has avery strong work ethic and demonstrates good customer service skills when workingwith others. She has also taken on other responsibilities that those before her were notable, this being in the area of Tape Backup and Disaster Recovery. She was also veryhelpful relating to our Microsoft Exchange E-Mail Infrastucture. Andrea had attendeda couple of outside courses relating to upgrading to the newest version and newfeatures in the latest release, which we talked about during her time with us.

Andrea Antonik has been working here at Mahi Networks for the past month to helpsupport the internal I.T. staff. This was possible only with the help of Empire Collegeand Curtis Jolley who made this all happen for all parties involved. I would like tocongratulate both Curtis and Andrea for a job well done. Without a program like thisin place, students like Andrea may have never gotten an opportunity to see what takesplace in a large fast-paced company relating to I.T. support.

Without any equivocation, I would like to extend my highest recommendation to thecandidacy of Andrea Antonik. I believe that you will find her a very productiveaddition to your organization.
