Editing The editing for this video is fast and is cuts to the beat of the song. This is called rhythmic editing. Rhythmic editing is a common technique is typical used in this genre of music.

At the beginning of the song before the band starts playing the editing is slow which create a sense of anticipation which is what the bands fans will be feeling. However as the band starts playing the frequency of the cuts increases which make it feel more upbeat and energetic. In addition to this the camera shows shots of the audience during the live performance which gives it a more upbeat feel as we see the audience enjoying the music.

Black and white • The music video has been done in black and white. As a result this gives it a gritty and

harsh feeling to the video. This has been done to represent the style of the band which is ruff and gritty and not perfect like some band from different genres are represented.

their music video. This will make the band members more recognisable by people and their fans.

Product placementProduct placement is used in music videos to try and increase product sells. The audience (Fans) of the band will be encouraged to buy the product because a band that they like is using it.

The brand of the product will be associated with both the band and the audience, the product could be suited to the genre of music which will also be suited to person watching the music video. In addition to this the product will appeal to them.
