• The LLWS has 16 Sponsors• All-Stars Tournament has to pay the LLWS

Tournament $150 to enter a team • The $150 is used for tournament travel costs• Family of 4 can be fed for less than $20 at the

Concessions• There are no tickets except the last 3 games• To get a ticket for the last 3 games you need to

put your name in a drawing and the tickets are picked at random

Countries Effected by the LLWS

• Many countries just watch the games on T.V• Most fans and parents of the kids that are

playing go to the games• Kids make friends from other countries and

states • The friendships often last during and even

after the LLWS

Public relations

Public relationsThe little league World Series is way more popular now ever than it was in the past decades. Earlier it wasn’t as popular because it wasn’t broadcasted on TV. All of the players are respected and cheered for no matter who they play for. I think the community gives a lot to their countries and states to follow 11,12 and 13 year olds to play baseball. I mean think about it all the fans have to pay to fly to South Williamsport, Pennsylvania and the hotels. Plus you know you are going to want to by food and eat concessions, so if you think about it it’s going to add up to be a lot of money

Revenue On average the LLWS earns over $30 million dollars between hotel rooms, restaurants, shopping, concessions, etc.  Also the LLWS sells fans merchandise (hats, shirts) there was over 400,000 fans this year and the revenue went up 15%  We don't have the exact numbers for this year because the counting is done in January
