The slicer 370 VEl92 puts together the quality cut of the

slicers with a fly-wheel and the electronic technology. In

fact thanks to its special blade protection with electronic

control, the blade remains uncovered only during sharpe-

ning the blade is protected. Besides this protection

helps you to set the goods more quickly.

Sottovuoto professionale in una macchina compatta

Quando ci si deve confrontare con spazi di lavoro esigui e si necessita

qualità di confezionamento professionale, le macchine ad aspirazione

esterne in inox sono la soluzione ideale. La gamma comprende mac-

chine con pompe di varie capacità e performance che permettono di

saldare buste esclusivamente goffrate da 300 mm a 500 mm. Tutte le

Vuoto in rotoli, buste goffrate conservazione e cottu-

Con le macchine ad aspirazione esterna è possibile realizzare il vuoto

effettuare un confezionamento su misura evitando sprechi di materia-

SOTTOVUOTO IN TEGLIE GASTRONORM Con il pratico tubo di innesto rapido è possibile creare il sottovuoto diretta-

mente all’interno delle teglie Gastronorm. Tramite una valvola posta all’inter-

no delle campane, il tubo di aspirazione può essere connesso agli speciali

coperchi Gastronorm, consentendo di conservare i prodotti sottovuoto già

porzionati nelle teglie.

VACUUM IN GASTRONORM TRAYS Thanks to the ergonomic suction pipe it is possible to vacuum directly into the

Gastronorm trays. Through a valve placed inside the chambers, the suction

pipe can be connected to the universal Gastronorm lids, thus allowing the

preservation of portioned food in the trays themselves.

VANO LIQUIDI Conservare i liquidi sottovuoto non è più un problema. Grazie al vano

per liquidi delle campane OMS, è possibile introdurre le buste in posi-

zione verticale all’interno delle camere di aspirazione, evitando inutili

spargimenti di liquido fuori dalla busta e garantendo un vuoto perfetto

anche per i prodotti più delicati.

LIQUIDS STAIRWELL To vacuum liquids is no longer a problem. Thanks to the liquids stairwell

of oms, it is now possible to place bags vertically inside the chambers, by

avoiding to pour liquids out of the bag and by granting a perfect vacuum

even for the most delicate products.

KIT GAS Da oggi, le campane OMS sono progettate con un pratico e funzionale kit

gas: questa predisposizione consentirà di poter installare l’impianto di atmo-

sfera protettiva anche in un secondo momento, offrendo al cliente il vantag-

gio di poter gestire in maniera più semplice ed economica il proprio magazzi-

no.

GAS KIT From now on, the vacuum chamber machines OMS are projected and sup-

plied with a practical and functional gas kit: it allows to fit the protective

atmosphere in a second step, by granting the client the advantage of mana-

ging his stock in easier and cheaper way.

ATMOSFERA MODIFICATA O PROTETTIVA Con il termine atmosfera modificata, ormai obsoleto e sostituito dalla

dicitura atmosfera protettiva”, si intende l’introduzione nel contenitore

di una miscela di gas alimentari (azoto e anidride carbonica), la cui

particolare composizione ha lo scopo di migliorare ulteriormente la

conservazione del prodotto. Tale processo si attua successivamente al

sottovuoto, iniettando il gas alimentare (o una miscela di essi) in sosti-

tuzione dell’aria precedentemente presente nel contenitore. L’atmosfe-

ra modificata è utile in presenza di cibi delicati o fragili, poiché diversa-

mente dal semplice sottovuoto evita di schiacciare il prodotto grazie

all’inserimento della miscela di gas. Per poter effettuare questo tipo di

conservazione è necessaria una confezionatrice a campana dotata di

apposito impianto.

MODIFIED OR PROTECTIVE ATMOSPHERE With the term “modified atmosphere”, obsolete and replaced by the

words protective atmosphere”, we mean the introduction into the con-

tainer of an alimentary gas mixture (nitrogen and carbon dioxide),

whose particular composition is intended to further improve the product

preservation. This process takes place after the vacuum process, by

injecting the alimentary gases (or mixture of them) to replace the air

that was previously in the container. The modified atmosphere is useful

for fragile and delicate foods, because differently from the simple va-

cuum it avoids the crushing of the product thanks to the introduction of

the gas mixture. In order to make this type of preservation, a chamber

vacuum packaging machine with special system is required.
