Listing: Where does it appear?● Altogether listing will appear in multitudes of websites. ● Many websites have a contract with MLS to receive a feed for the listings. It is
called IDX. IDX enabled websites update listings on their website continuously like Redfin, Ebby, Zillow…
● Point2 Agent sends the listings to eg 269 additional websites. Appfolio Premium leads activates and pushes listing to several other websites
● Our advertisement strategy does work and provides enough leads for successful rental
Update to MLS (NTREIS.NET)● Update to MLS is real-time. It means it shows up updated information right
way to all MLS users (typically real estate agents)○ MLS Updates can be seen by all MLS users or real estate agents○ MLS Updates may trigger update via emails for the modification in listing to all the users who
are programmed to receive “Email listings” from MLS by their agents○ All relevant websites which are displaying listing from MLS feed gets updated. They refresh
their feed every so often to receive that update

connections● Only a licensed and authenticated Real Estate

Listing Your Home With CSS● We will add the property into CSS (Centralized Showing
Services: showings.com or 817-858-0055)● CSS will call, email, or text to tenants for an
appointment when a Realtor wants to show the house● Their phone number and email (for all occupants) will
be programmed with CSS● You will receive a login● Allows to modify certain instructions on a showing,
such as:○ Length of showings○ Notice required○ Turning off lights○ Pets○ --- Etc

● If you approve the time slot that a realtor requests, only then a realtor will be permitted to bring their clients to house
● He/she will open the Supra lockbox using Supra remote or Application

● Please keep the home presentable and neat. Pets must be in cage or removed● Please stay out of the home during the approved time slot. You don’t have to
be in home for the time slot nor wait for agents to show up● After showing the house, the licensed Realtor will close / secure the door● He/She will put the key back in the lockbox● Your own key still works as normal
If showing is not approved...● No one comes un-announced to the home● Other than a Licensed Realtor, no one can open a Supra Box nor enter the home
