Vision
We envision that every victim of human trafficking is identified and provided access to the services they need to recover and rebuild their lives through the creation of a responsive, sustainable, comprehensive, and trauma-informed victim services network that leverages public and private partners and resources effectively.

Why is This Open for Public Comment?
To provide an opportunity for stakeholders and experts within the anti-trafficking field, and civil society at large, to:
Make recommendations to strengthen the Plan Suggest additional items that can be
accomplished through collaboration with states, tribes, and local communities or partners

Criteria for Helpful Input
Comments and recommendations should be:
Aligned with the stated vision and goals of the Plan
Aligned with the stated values and principles of the Plan
Specific and actionable within 5 years Measurable and identify implementing entities
