To Create a List of Tables or Figures for Report inWord(separate from the table of contents)[Based on Macintosh Word 2011]

Use Word to number the tables and fgures. In Insert menu at top oscreen pull do!n to "aption etc. as outlined in the handout #$o %a&eWord Magicall' (umber $ables )igures.*

To create a combined list of tables and gures1. +ter the table o contents clic, !here 'ou !ant to insert the list2. In the Insert menu pull do!n to Inde- and $ables
