Our Zero date will start from the approval date of the Design Methodology Document. The schedule of Submission will be as per Annexure - A For any activity which requires any outstation travel, at least one week advance notice is required. All travelling, boarding, lodging and food will be provided by the client and our consulting charges for site visit will be Rs 20,000 per day. Dear Sir,First of all we thank you for considering us for the Stress analysis of Steam Lines

for BORL Project.

The cost of performing the above referred Static Stress Analysis will be lump sum Rs. 16,50,000/- (Rupees Sixteen Lakhs Fifty Thousand only) + Service Tax as applicable (extra). The break up pf the same is provided as below

The order is to be placed on : Greenleaf Engineering Ltd, 2nd Floor, Dr BEHL House, 13, Daryaganj, Delhi – 110002

The delivery schedule will be one month from the placement of firm order, Kick off Meeting payment, complete data and details and approval of Design Methodology Document. Our Zero date will start from the approval date of the Design Methodology Document. The schedule of Submission will be as per Annexure - A

1. Complete Piping drawings with their details.2. P&ID of the systems. 3. Piping Material Specification.4. Allowable loads at Pumps / Equipments.5. Line List6. MDS of the eqipments/turbine/Pumps.7. Operating Methodology of the Piping System.8. Weights of Valves/Rigid Components.

9. Sample Output Reports.

TERMS OF OUTPUT

1. Our outputs will be on CAESAR-II ver 5.10 Software for the complete design.2. We will mark the node numbers on your GA/ISO.3. If need be, we will provide you a CAESAR Graphic Plot of the Model.4. All output reports shall be provided in PDF (soft copy).5. Calculations and supportive files for analyses other than performed in CAESAR II.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All the reports shall be given in soft copies. However one set of final hard copy can be submitted along with soft copies at the closure of the project.

2. Greenleaf shall accept any corrections during the project engineering up to one revision max till the approval of Design Methodology Document. Any change in the P&ID or complete change in layout will have bearing in cost and time. Hence these changes will not be accepted or will be accepted with Order Amendment.

3. Greenleaf will revise the Analysis / Documentation after incorporation of comments from ISGEC and/or EIL on the first submissions.

4. Greenleaf will identify a contact person for the job and in this case it will be Mr. Dhritiman Mukherjee and ISGEC also needs to give details of the coordination person before the signing of the contract.

5. Every change/ modifications shall require an ECN (Engineering Change Notice) duly authorized by the Coordinator. In case the process is not adhered to, the change will not be registered

6. No actions will be taken on verbal discussions unless the same is in writing through e-mail/fax or courier.

7. On submission of a document for approval, if the approving agency does not approve the same within 15 days of receipt of the document, the same will be deemed approved.

8. Once a document is sent for approval, an approval code has to be provided such as Code 1 – Approved etc. within 15 days period.

9. M/s Greenleaf shall ensure that all design/reports are reviewed and verified by our designated personnel before it is submitted to Client. Greenleaf shall be responsible for all such activities performed by them for accuracy of stress reports (subject to the accuracy of the software code engine). Any error noticed at any point of time, shall be corrected and reports shall be resubmitted at no extra cost to the Client.

10. GOVERNING LAW - This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at New Delhi. 

11. NON SOLICITATION - Neither Party will, without the consent of the other Party, employ or offer to employ (whether under a contract of service or under a contract for services) any person engaged or previously engaged by the other in a technical or managerial capacity in relation to the project, during the one year duration after the completion of the of this contract.

12. Greenleaf assures that all the people, processes shall be presented as ISGEC resources/processes as ISGEC will be front ending at the client end. Greenleaf will not expose themselves in front of the client.
