The Agenda and Minutes are run

back to back and 2 pages per

sheet so that they are cut in half

and each half has both documents

front and back. We run half as

many so it saves paper.

The President’s Notes is a document created

for the first meeting so that the officers have

a script to run off of the first time. That way

proper parliamentary procedure is modeled

right from the very start and it save any

embarrassment an officer might have from

having to be verbally corrected.
