I like visuals for this 30-minute keynote and there was no screen available at the luncheon conference. Knowing this in advance, I created a 4-page handout out that I printed on 11 x 17 to create a tabloid handout. The visuals were still there and the participants had a place to make personal notes to themselves. I was quite pleased with the results and received this feedback from the sponsor who hired me.
