• To hoist a new year bash for Lions club members on 29th

December 2012

• Venue – Evershine Mall – Malad

6:30 - 7:00 pm Guests start to arrive at venue Guests greeted @ entrance by hostess . Welcome drinks served and registration starts. Optimum ambience and stage illumination. Thematic background music

7:00 – 7:10 pm Anchors enters, greets everyone and explains the purpose of the evening and invites the head speaker from Lions club Group to flag off the evening

Stage lights and welcome background music to the optimum. Follow spot of speaker. F/B is served

7:10 – 7:30 pm Head speaker welcomes guests and gives his speech

Optimum illumination. AV run ( if any )

7:30 - 7:40 pm Anchor enters thanks the speaker and introduces the evening performance

7:40 - 12 am • Band from stage to take over for 45 minutes with different dance numbers to set the mood of the TG• Anchor back on stage for interaction and introduces the 2nd act.•2nd act :- Dance troop to perform on stage .•3rd act :- Stand Up comedian on stage •4th act :- Dance troop back on stage with new performance• 5th act:- Anchor interaction with the TG for 1 minute games.•6th Act :- Anchor introduces the Dance act for Dancers•7th Act :- Comedian for interact.•8th Act :- Dance Troop Start the dance act and pull the crow don the dance floor for dance.•9th act :- DJ take s over the evening and starts the Dj for the rest of the evening,

•Also food and beverages could be served at the same time ,

12 am AT 12 am the anchor re greets all the and wishes all of them for the upcoming new year and thanks themParty continues till guest are there.

12:am - 12 .30 am Anchor thanks the guests. Guests disperse.
