When you log onto Linkedin at the top is a search bar, type in welding, fabricator, engineer etc. Just to the left of the box is a drop down menu and you should see “Groups” as one of the titles, click this and then click the search icon (on the right of the title box), the above 2 seem quite good groups to follow.
