Situation Over the last several years, this outstanding organization moved beyond the role of neutral convener to that of a catalyst for driving heath care change. The brand story needed to better reflect this evolution. To this end, the organization selected LINK to create a clear brand strategy & communications plan.

Solution 1.  Established a simple-but-powerful and more appropriate Brand Position focused on “Transformation.” 2.  Brought the brand to life with a significantly shorter and simpler name (which is much easier to say,

use, and remember), visual identity (with Graff Designs), and tagline.

Situation Macy’s Credit and Customer Services launched a corporate initiative aimed at further building a culture of customer-centric innovation. The first step was to educate executive leaders on how to identify, develop, and sell ideas themselves – and how to generate ideas from the teams they lead. Macy’s felt it was best to partner with an external expert. They selected LINK to develop the curriculum and facilitate the training.

Solution 1.  Developed a holistic training plan for the year, with objectives, goals, strategies, tactics and measures. 2.  Created every aspect of a custom full–day workshop titled “Bringing Ideas to Life.” 80+ Directors, VPs,

SVPs and the President participated in small, highly interactive sessions throughout the year. 3.  Reinforced and built on the training principles with a custom series of three 1-hour “Learning Labs.”

Situation Hamilton County Educational Service Center (ESC) provides quality services to various public school districts in Ohio. Recent legislative actions have dramatically increased competition among, and created opportunity for, the 50+ ESCs in the state. Accordingly, the Hamilton County ESC leaders were keen to crystallize and contemporize their brand, in order to clearly showcase how they differ from all other ESCs.

Solution 1.  Established a simple-but-powerful and competitive Brand Position focused on “Making Life Easier.” 2.  Brought the brand to life with a shorter name, refreshed visual identity (with OOMPH Design,

Situation The SmartLipo Center was operating in an increasingly cluttered and homogeneous market, with many competitors also licensing the SmartLipo name and/or leveraging the nationally known procedure. So the cosmetic center selected LINK to create a clear brand strategy & communications plan to: 1) separate it from competition; 2) capture its full range of cosmetic treatments – well beyond just liposuction – for every area of the body; and 3) give prospective clients confidence that this practice is the best possible choice.
