The Beginning of the Rest of Your Life

If there were no obstacles hindering you from accomplishing your wildest dreams what would you pursue? For example, a lack of finances, time or support.

Pursue that dream, and only that dream. You are surrounded by unlimited opportunities and resources that are ready for you to

utilize in order to reach your full potential. Pursuing your potential will provide you with the necessities to unlock a world that is bigger

than you could ever imagine. A world that guarantees nothing but happiness, success, and fulfillment.

This opportunity is a privilege that is only available to those willing to do whatever it takes to achieve everything they ever dreamed of.

 Are you ready???

Your Timeline

We each have a unique purpose to pursue, and that purpose blooms specifically to each of our unique timelines. Some of you will bloom early in life, and others later in life. The important concept to understand is how crucial each of your roles is to the world, so worrying or comparing your timeline to someone else’s, not only hinders your growth, but can distract and discourage you from achieving your purpose and leave you feeling empty inside.

For example, people like Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen…. bloomed at a very young age, where people like Oprah…. Bloomed later in life. However, what they all have in common is achieving their dreams.

Your time will come. Be patient.

Your uniqueness

The only person responsible for your success and happiness in life is yourself. No one else.

If you base the success of a fish on how to swim, it would execute this natural action with ease. However, if you based the success of a fish on climbing a tree, an action that could never be physically possible, the fish would fail and go about life feeling inadequate.

You each have unique strengths that contribute to your success. Focus on your natural strengths and never be discouraged when you come across a weakness.

Success is not achieved alone. Success is achieved by knowing your strengths and expanding upon them, while learning to humbly allow your weaknesses to be someone else’s strength.

Your strengths are characteristics that come completely natural and without much work. Your weaknesses should be recognized and understood, but through someone else who those characteristics come natural.

 4) How can you apply this exercise in your life?

Career + Passion

Whatever your dream may be, it will consist on two aspects: your career and your passion.

Your career is a fixed aspect, while your passion is a variable aspect that can be implemented into your career in order to enhance your overall success by allowing your strengths and interests to create a unique approach when introduced to the world.

Think about how you want to experience life and align those feelings with a career path and passion that will fulfill those feelings.

Your happiness and overall well being are the focal aspects that will fuel your success in life. Do what you love and give it 100%. Money and material aspects are the secondary aspects that will be rewarded to you based off the effort you put in.

What are things you wish you had?

Material things such as electronics, clothes, a car, or a bigger house? Physical things such as a better body, hair, or teeth? Emotional things such as love, happiness, or enlightenment? Mental aspects such as book smarts, better grades, or street smarts? More time? More traveling? More opportunities?

Exercise #4 Write down why you lack these things. Write out ways you could eventually achieve these things.

Fear

Fear is not real. Fear is a choice. Fear is a product of your imagination that does not at present and may not ever exist. (Will Smith)

Life is unpredictable, and that is certain. With that certainly, being aware of scenarios that you could possibly experience will allow you to prepare yourself mentally and emotionally.

Exercise #5 Think about what you may fear weather it may be failing a test, being liked for who you are, a significant

other breaking up with you, moving to a new place, or trying something new. Write down some worst case scenarios that could possibly arise in your life, or what may blindside you. What are some strategies you could use to understand the lessons within the things you fear and how you

may get through them.

Choices

Choices are one of the most definitive aspects that help shape who you are and Indecisiveness has the potential to be lethal to your success.

Choices also portray the level of confidence you have in yourself by representing your strength in possible failure.

As you continue to figure out who you are as a person, making choices becomes easier as they align with your purpose and character.

The fear of failure or being wrong often seems to take precedence when making a choice which, not only leaves you without an opportunity to learn something about yourself, but also deters your success.

The more choices you make in a day, the faster and better you learn about yourself and your direction.

Page 12: LIMITLESS LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM · worrying or comparing your timeline to someone else’s, not only hinders your growth, but can distract and discourage you from achieving

Failure

Failure is often misconstrued as a negative aspect that hinders your success, but in reality, failure is what fuels success and growth.

Failing can be discouraging if you allow it, however, understanding that failure is actually one of the most important aspects of success and is what will allow you to see and feel what wasn’t initially successful so that you can continue to adjust your life to align with your purpose.

To be successful, you must be resilient. It’s not about how many times you fall, it’s about how many times you get back up.

Failure produces experience, and experience produces knowledge. The more experiences and knowledge you acquire throughout your journey will give you the opportunity to be a better leader and eventually manifest into your level of success.

Allow yourself to learn how to be comfortable with failing and how to translate your failures into the blueprint of your next move.

Page 13: LIMITLESS LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM · worrying or comparing your timeline to someone else’s, not only hinders your growth, but can distract and discourage you from achieving

Exercise #6: Your Story

Unfortunately, there will be people who will be jealous of your success and try to knock you down. They will use anything seemingly destructible against you and will try to deceive you to get ahead.

Your character, your purpose, and your why for it alll will protect you against those who try to derail your success. Focus only on what matters and the work ethic that will get you to where you want to be.

Everyone has their own battles. Everyone has their own story to tell. Your past does not define who your are. You’re upbringing does not define who you are. We’re human and we’re going to make mistakes, some worse than others. You can drown in 6inches of water and in 6 feet of water. Forgive your past self. All that matters is where you are right now and where you’re going. Use the experiences of your past life to fuel your fire.

Lights out- pitch black: those who care to share their experiences may do so anonymously. You never know the impact your story can have in someone else’s life.

Page 14: LIMITLESS LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM · worrying or comparing your timeline to someone else’s, not only hinders your growth, but can distract and discourage you from achieving

Mentality

Your mentality is the most important entity of this entire journey. Always keep your mind open to learning new perspectives because the more you allow yourself to see

and understand new perspectives, the more knowledge you’ll be able to use throughout your journey. You don’t know what you don’t know and the more you know, the more you know.

It’s imperative that you learn to understand that everything we have in our possession including: your house, job status/title, car, relationships, etc can be taken away from us at any moment and without reason. There’s only one thing that can not be taken from us, and that is our mentality.

If you lost absolutely everything today and all you had left was how strong your mentality was, would you be able to survive rationally? And if so, for how long?

Your mentality includes your personality and attitude, your discipline to control what you allow to affect you and how you respond to situations, and your thinking and reasoning.

As you continually develop strengthening your mentality, any anxiety, depression, and things that lack substance will start to subside and your peace of mind with start to emerge.
