• ByDzyne™ is a partner of the provider of the Mexico vacation trip and reserves the right to distribute Mexico vacation certificate. All vacations are managed and controlled by the third-party partner, not ByDzyne. The trip is subject to terms & conditions of the venue suppliers and is not regulated by ByDzyne.

• The Mexico Certificate issued is valid for resort accommodations up to (7) consecutive nights or less, in select Mexican destinations, subject to all limitations and restrictions listed on the certificate and the redemption website. Reservations and accommodations are for a hotel, studio or 1-bedroom unit, is based on availability and are confirmed on a first come, first served basis.

• The Certificate does not include air, food, nightly taxes and fees, or beverages all-inclusive fees, and other expenses that may be incurred such as personal expenses, security deposits, resort fees and other fees and charges levied by the resort. Any personal taxes associated with the redemption of the Certificate are the responsibility of the Redeemer. Additional nights, upgrades, all-inclusive packages or other offers may be available for an additional fee at select hotels.

• Only one Viva Mexico Vacay trip will be issued per subscription for the initial purchase of any PES Subscription and will not be given for any subsequent PES purchases including upgrades. The Certificate is valid for ONE use only exclusively by the Certificate holder. It is NOT transferable and cannot be resold. Only those travelers listed on the Booking Confirmation will be allowed to check-in at the resort.

• Must be 21 years or older to make a reservation. The certificate is valid for 2 adults only unless otherwise specified for the specific hotel. Additional guests, room or property upgrades, when available, may be purchased.

• A $500 refundable deposit is required at check in. The balance, minus any incidentals not used at the resort will be refunded.• The certificate must be activated and redeemed within 12 months from the issue date on the certificate or the offer will expire. • Advertising of the hotel names and the redemption website is strictly forbidden and will result in cancelation of the certificate. You may only advertise the

• The DG vacation trip is valid for a reservation request offering Luxurious Resort/Hotel Accommodations in your choice of destinations provided by the third-party partner. The recipient of the DG vacation trip will receive luxury hotel accommodation room rate free of charge.

• The recipient is responsible for all other expenses including but not limited to: airfare, transfers, food & beverages, gratuities, nightly taxes and fees, resort fees if applicable and any other personal or miscellaneous expenses. The cost to redeem the DG vacation trip and book the reservation is just for recovery fees for the local government taxes and tourism fees which vary by destination.

• The rooms are for 2 to 4 occupants based on room type and availability and at least one occupant must be at least 21 years of age.• Activation: When you receive the DG vacation trip via email, you must activate it within 7 days of receiving it. • Travel must be completed within 18 months after activation and end-user can choose from all available destinations to find travel dates and participating

resort/hotel options. The DG vacation trip cannot be combined with any other hotel stay or similar promotional vacation offer. • All reservations require a minimum of 30 days advance notice to book. Reservations are based on availability and will not be available during major
