SPECIALTY LINENS & CHAIR COVERS

We are happy to extend to you a $3.50 per chair price to include chair covers and sash in color of choice. Specialty linen may

be ordered through your event manager, and pricing varies upon selection.

CEREMONY OFFERINGS

The hotel is pleased to offer additional event space for your ceremony. The rental fee for this additional space is dependent

upon the date, hotel’s availability, and the amount of space required to accommodate your ceremony. Please contact your

event manager for specific pricing information. The rental fee includes banquet chairs, staging, altar table, backdrop with

black draping, a wireless handheld microphone, and a patch into our house sound.

A rehearsal space will be provided for you on the day before your wedding ceremony. Please note that the actual event

space where you will hold your ceremony may not be available for a rehearsal on the day prior to your wedding.

BALLROOM ACCESS & DECORATIONS

We are pleased to open our ballroom to you or your appointed decorator a minimum of two hours prior to your reception. If

you require additional time, your event manager can confirm five business days prior to your wedding if the space is

unoccupied and the set up time can be extended. If you would like to confirm additional set up time prior to five days before

your wedding, please contact your event manager for event space rental fees.

Glitter, Confetti, Open Flame & Fog Machines are not permissible in our event spaces. We reserve the right to remove any

décor or enhancements that may cause damage to the event space. Labor fees may apply for any décor or enhancement

items used that create clean-up efforts beyond what is typical in our event spaces.

WEDDING VIDEO PACKAGE

The hotel is pleased to offer all of the equipment necessary to show your wedding video or photo montage. The package

includes an LCD projector, DVD player or laptop, screen and patch to house sound for $300.00.

MENU SELECTION & PRICING

All pricing and availability of menu items are subject to change up to six months prior to your event. The hotel will guarantee

your prices at this time. In order to provide you with the best possible event, the Embassy Suites by Hilton Omaha-Downtown/

Old Market requests that all menu selections are finalized no later than 60 days prior to your event.

Many of our couples elect to serve multiple plated entrées. This means the wedding meal includes more than one choice for

your guests. You will be responsible for collecting the menu choice for each guest and providing those specific entrée counts

to your event manager four business days prior to your wedding. You will also be responsible for providing a place card for

each guest that clearly identifies their entrée choice.

All food and beverage must be purchased through the hotel with the exception of the dessert selection for your reception. We

understand that you have several choices in providing a dessert option for your guests, but it is required that all liability of this

selection is placed upon the licensed business from which you purchase the dessert.

DEPOSIT, GUARANTEES & FINAL PAYMENT

A deposit equal to 25% of the total food and beverage minimum (plus service charge and tax) is due at the time of contract

execution. This deposit will be applied toward the final amount due and may be paid by cash, personal check or credit card.

Your event manager must have a credit card on file for any additional charges accrued following the payment of your final

deposit.

All final guarantees of meal choices and beverage service will be required no later than four business days prior to your

wedding. At this time, 100% payment is due and full charges will be incurred regardless of request for reductions and/or

cancellations.

BEVERAGE SERVICE

Alcoholic beverages and services are regulated by the Nebraska Liquor Commission Control. The Embassy Suites by Hilton

Omaha-Downtown/Old Market as the licensee is responsible for the administration of these regulations. No outside alcoholic

beverages may be brought onto the premises. Any violation can result in the immediate conclusion of the event without

refund. (Please see “Special Beverage Requests” for information about providing your own wine for an event). We reserve the

right to refuse alcoholic beverage service to any intoxicated persons and will not serve underage persons, or those who fail to

produce sufficient identification. No alcoholic beverages are allowed to be removed from the premises at any time.

Shots and drinks ordered “Neat” will not be served.

SPECIAL BEVERAGE REQUESTS

The hotel can accommodate most special order requests, and your event manager is pleased to provide pricing information

for these requests. If you are interested in providing your own wine, a corkage fee of $18.00++ per 750mL bottle will be applied

toward your event check. All beer and liquor are not allowed to be brought into the hotel due to our current licensing.

GUEST ROOM ACCOMMODATIONS

All guest room accommodations will be held until four weeks prior to your reception date, or until the group block has been

consumed, whichever occurs first. On the cut-off date, all unreserved rooms will be released to the hotel for general sale.

Additional reservations will be accepted thereafter at the current hotel rate on a space-available basis.
