EXTRAMathematical Padlock Riddle Saves the Day.
His warm breath appeared as a cloudThe air was crisp and had no sound,
The time had come to crack the codeThe near end of the painful road.
He thought of what was behind the doorFiles and files of information on the floor.
He tried not to think about how this was wrongThen he shoved those thoughts were they did not
belong.
His ice cold fingers taped the screenHe had expected a code, so he was keen
But never had he had such surprise When this riddle made him feel unwise
“To enter this room, you must reply: Two consecutive odd numbers are such,
That three times the first is five more than twice the second.
What are those 2 odd numbers?”
He thought and thought for hours on end. But he could not crack the code to steal the trend. Can you find the answer and outsmart the crook?
If you cant, Hit the books!
