MRS. CIOFFI’S CORNER It is almost winter vacation! Vacation can be a great time for kids and families to relax and spend quality time together, but it can also be hard when the children get bored and adults have to work or get chores done for the holidays. Here are some ideas to help vacation go more smoothly: The local library has many resources aside from books! Check to see if they have free or reduced passes to the Aquarium or other museums. Take out some books while you are there so that you and your chil- dren can read over vacation. Kids can help with simple cooking preparation, and definitely with cleaning up. They can play with their toys and also separate out old toys that they may want to donate. Try to keep everyone on a regular sleep schedule--this will make it easier for everyone to transition back to school when vacation is over. Have a wonderful vacation! ACCESS TEST Hello Everyone.
