Assessment of “Person” Stakeholders
This is the proprietary PVS Context Model for how individual persons are influenced by their various interests and lifecycle relationships.
The stakeholder networks for each key person in an organization are assessed using the PVS tool. The data for the assessments comes from various sources depending upon the person and client interests; most assessments can be completed in a couple of days.
The key value in the resulting stakeholder network models is to overlay it with various other network models (such as employers, targeted clients or suppliers) in order to help design a better business case for engagement and performance improvement.

The relationship networks for each key stakeholder impacting an organization are assessed using the PVS tool. The data for the assessments comes from various sources depending upon the company and client interests; most assessments can be completed in 30 days.
