    INSTALLATION STEPS

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE ASSEMBLING THE LIFT.

STEP ONE: DETERMINE LOCATION AND MARKS WITH CHALK ON THE FLOOR

    1. Determine which side will be the ap proac h side a nd whic h side the po wer unit to be m ounted .

    2. Onc e the loca tion is selecte d, use a c halk line to layout a grid for the p ost loca tions and ma ke an o utline of the

po sts on the floor at ea c h loc ation.

    3. Before proce ed ing, do uble c hec k measurem ents and ma ke ce rtain that the b ases of ea c h co lumn a re squa re

and aligne d with the c halk line.

STEP TWO: MOUNTING TWO COLUMNS, POWER UNIT COLUMN FIRST THEN THE OTHER.

    1. Drill eac h anc hor hole in the c onc rete using a rota ry hamm er drill. To a ssure full holding p ower, do no t ream the

c hang e a c c ording to the kind of servic e, environme nt, freq uenc y of use, etc .

    1. DAILY PRE-OPERATION CHECK

The user should pe rform d aily chec k. Daily che c k of sa fety la tc h system is very impo rtant the d isc ove ry of

device failure before needed could save you from expensive property damage, lost production time,

    serious personal injury, even death.

. Che c k safe ty lock aud ibly and visua lly while in ope ra tion

. Chec k hydraulic c onnec tions, and hoses for lea kage .

. Chec k c hain conne c tions, c ab le connec tions, wiring and switch for da ma ge .

. Chec k bolts, nut and sc rews and tighten.

    . Check swing arm restraints.

    2. WEEKLY MAINTENANCE

. Chec k the c lea nness of the mo bile p arts.

. Chec k the safe ty de vice a s previously desc ribed.

. Check hydraulic fluid level as follow: let the trolleys go up completely and in case they do not reach

ma ximum height, ad d o il.

Check and tighten bolts, nuts and screws.

    3. MONTHLY MAINTENANCE

. Check the tightening of sc rews

. Chec k the hydraulic system sea l and tighten the loose unions, if nec essary.. Check the greasing and wear condition of pins, rollers, bushes, of trolley structure as well as arms and

releva nt extensions, if nec essary, rep lac e the da ma ged pa rts by o riginal spa re p a rts.

    4. YEARLY MAINTENANCE

. Emp ty the tank a nd c hec k the c ond itions of the hydraulic fluid. Clear the oil filter.
