1. Hyload Flashing Membrane Is built into the back-up wall or attached with a termina-tion bar, which is optional. This tough waterproof ma-sonry flashing, when combined with pre-formed shapes provides an excellent moisture barrier. The 40-mil mem-brane is fiber reinforced to resist jobsite conditions.

Hyload Surface Adhered Membrane With DRIP Can be surface mounted to block, gypsum/stud or concrete back up wall. The 40-mil composite membrane is 25-mil of the Hyload Flashing Membrane and 15 mil of rubberized asphalt with release paper. The DRIP is formed by holding back the rubberized asphalt 1-1/2” from the exterior edge of the membrane. This allows for the proper construction of the soft joint detail at the relieving angle and eliminates costly and dangerous metal DRIP edges. A termination bar is optional with this membrane.

Hyload Surface Adhered Membrane without DRIP A 40-mil membrane comprised of 25-mil of Hyload Membrane and 15-mil of rubberized asphalt with release paper. A stainless steel drip edge should be used to bring the flashing through the wall. A termination bar is op-tional with this membrane.

2. Pre-formed ShapesAre three-dimensional shapes eliminating the need for jobsite detailing. Pre-formed shapes negotiate changes in direction and elevation and control water movement. The one-piece construction has no seams. The vertical to horizontal transition of the shapes is a 3/8” radius for easy and secure membrane installation.

3. EZ - Flash SystemIs a pre-assembled flashing system that includes a termination bar, Hyload flashing membrane, and a flex-ible drip edge, all made from the same quality Hyload materials. Available in 12” and 18” widths and up to 25’ rolls custom sizes available by request.

4. Extruded AccessoriesUnique extruded membrane shapes to facilitate other applications. 1”x 1” 90 degree. Slip Trac Joint baffel, and a flexible dripedge.

5. Sealant CompatibilityAll Hyload Flashing Membrane systems and accessories are compatible with silicone and urethane sealants. Hyload membranes eliminated the need for metal drip edge and allow for the proper installation of the soft joint detail at the relieving angle. Flexible drip edge is available as well. Refer to website for sealant compatibility information.

6. UV StabilityThe unique Hyload Membranes are UV and ozone stable and can be left exposed indefinitely during the construction phase of any masonry project.

7. Colored MembranesAll Hyload Membranes are available in the following colors: white, gray, tan or black. This feature allows the designer to bring the flashing through the wall and form a DRIP in an architecturally pleasing manner.
