  5. 5. Over Eating: Overeating is the consumption of excess food in relation to the energy that an organism expends (or expels via excretion), leading to weight gaining and often obesity. It may be regarded as an eating disorder.
  6. 6. Excessive consumption of fats: Excess fat in your diet increases your caloric intake and introduces detrimental elements into your bloodstream that threaten your health and longevity.

Fatigue - Lack of sleep is associated with numerous, serious medical illnesses including: high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, obesity, and mental impairment. Poor physical fitness - Its widely recognized that theres a direct correlation between poor levels of physical fitness and increased risk of chronic diseases. Poor health habits - Smoking, alcohol, drug use/abuse, sugar, fast food, soft drinks, chocolate, artificial sweeteners, worry, and stress have a negative impact of your health.
