LifePlan Institute SM is a guided program of learning, planning, and development for executives or executive couples exploring options for life as their formal careers end. For some, LifePlan Institute SM is an enriching pre-retirement planning experience. For others, the program develops deep insights and a vision for a full life that may not be exclusively focused on career. Customized to meet individual needs, LifePlan Institute SM helps participants explore and put into practice the concepts of purposeful living, legacy, health, wholeness, and connectedness. Participant(s) work with a select team of coaches to create a plan that embraces: Living on Purpose: Creating a Living Legacy Living in Wholeness: Fostering Quality of Life Living with Connectedness: Enhancing Relationships Living within Values: Aligning Finances and Life Priorities LifePlan Institute SM helps participants explore and put into practice the concepts of purposeful living, legacy, health, wholeness, and connectedness. LifePlan Institute SM POST-CAREER LEARNING, PLANNING, AND DEVELOPMENT BENEFITS TO THE ORGANIZATION: • Reduces distraction, uncertainty, and anxiety in executives; helps them maintain crucial focus in the present as they plan the next phase in their lives. • Provides a powerful adjunct to succession planning initiatives. • Provides executives with a vision for continued purpose, learning, and engagement as they look to the future. • Imparts the message that leaders in the organization are supported and valued at all stages of life and career.

*Life Partner ParticipationKorn/Ferry encourages the participation of the executive’s spouse, partner, or significant other. Participation may range from full assessment, exploration, integration, and planning to attendance at key sessions, to behind-the-scenes support. Options for participation can be discussed in the introductory meeting and are open throughout the program.

Days 1 and 2Executive meets with individual coaches to explore assessments and reflections in LifePlanSM journal

Day 3Executive and coaching team meet in day-long meeting to integrate information and deepen learning across LifePlanSM areas
