They are all built at the same family-owned production facility in Germany and share many design features. There is quite a range in cost to meet your budget – with base prices ranging from $999 (the Sportline F) to $1,699 (the Vario F).

So how do you choose? Let’s start with some research and an eye toward your specific needs and use – keeping cost in mind. Here are some preliminary questions:

1 SPORTLINE SERIES The “classic”

A premium seat with all the basic features you need and plenty of options to complete the package. A great general-purpose seat. The Sportline Series may carry a relatively low cost, but it does not short you on comfort or value. Our largest seatback bolsters to keep you in place with a seatback release for rear access. Popular Options: Arm rest, integrated heating

3 TRAVELER SERIES The “adventurer”

A premium seat with all the basic features you need and plenty of options to complete the package. A great general-purpose seat. The Traveler backrest has large side bolsters. They give you the support you need in the corners without being so big that they fatigue you on a bumpy road. The central cushion between the side bolsters are perfectly shaped to cradle and support your spine for all day comfort. The backrest has a release mechanism that allows the seat back to hinge forward. The right-hand version of the seat only has the release handle on the Left, this is to accommodate vehicles with tight clearance in the B pillar area. 4 VARIO SERIES The “total solution”

Features the Traveler backrest plus 10-way adjustment for the perfect ergonomic fit. The entire lower cushion is infinitely adjustable in and out so that drivers with short or long thighs can find the perfect setting. Upper seat bolsters are also adjustable in and out to support your torso for the perfect fit. Each Vario is equipped with our unique 4- way lumbar support. You can adjust both the intensity of the support, but also fine tune the height of where you prefer the support on your back. The backrest has a release mechanism that allows the seat back to hinge forward. Popular Options: Arm rests, seat heat, map net on seat back.

There is no substitute for real leather… We have 9 colors of leather that can be selected. You can choose one color for the whole seat or use one color for the bolsters and another for the center cushion. You dream up your perfect seat and we can make it for you. Perforated leather can be selected for the center cushion at an extra cost.

Do you love your 80 or 100 Series Land Cruiser? Then give it and yourself what you both deserve! A classic vehicle requires seating that provides a modern solution while remaining true to the vehicle’s style. Here is a look at one man’s 80 – a triple-locked, very low mileage example with ivory interior.

A new solution for legacy vehicles. We can now add integrated shoulder/lap harness for vehicles that require a seat-based integrated seatbelt. Available for Traveler, Touring or Vario backrest.

Getting connected. Vehicle installation requires use of third-party seat brackets designed to fit the new seats to your vehicle, along with seat sliders to adjust the seat location for each driver. In some cases, the original vehicle sliders may be reused and in others, an aftermarket replacement is required. Long Range America stocks popular brackets and sliders to meet your needs.

It is also necessary for most vehicles to add aftermarket air bag emulators to allow the new seat to work with your vehicle’s air bag safety systems. We will work with you to help source necessary components for that need. Partial fitment listing. Following is a partial list of vehicles for which mounting brackets and sliders are available.
