Summer life in Oxford June-August 2015
for students... for you All Nations has a Christian ethos and our Life in Oxford program is designed to welcome young people from across the world. As a student you will be able to mingle with people from many nations and cultures, forging interesting and diverse links in the process. FOUR great programmes:
Life in Oxford staff help you to see and experience England first hand—staying with a host family also helps give you a real taste of Oxford life on a personal level.
Each Programme is packed full of activity and interest. The first week is focused on orientation and the second week helps you to see Oxford as a ‘window on the world’. There are also options to carry your studies on for more than 2 weeks via Certificate & Diploma courses.

Prepare to encounter the full range of Oxford’s histo-ry, business heart, science research and culture in a relaxed, but lively way.

1. STUDY TOUR This 2 week interactive tour is designed to intro-duce younger students (12-16 years old) to stud-ying in the UK from an Oxford perspective. Stu-dents will study in the morning, including some of their own research on Oxford, and explore in the afternoon. There are also “all-day” trips
organised.
2. General English (Open to all Ages)

2. Business English (18 Years +)
We want to stretch you towards success, and so employ Business English teachers and tu-tors that combine English language training, and specialist business knowledge and ex-perience. 2 week programme, or longer
4. .Western Cultural Life & History (University Entrance, University students & Mature students)
Moving onto University or simply interested in western culture, history and business? The first module of the western cultural history
diploma is an overview of the key cultural influences on the history of the western world with an entrepreneurial focus
in the second week. You can do a 2 week program or carry on and com-plete a diploma.
3. A level preparation (16-19 years old) The jump from British GCSE’s to A level’s can be a challenging one. Are you interested in doing British A Level’s? Are you prepared? We offer introducto-ry A level courses and a study skills programme to get you in shape. 2 week program; or longer.

What is an entrepreneur? Generating ideas, raising finance, breaking through into profit….
The course is intensive and intended to stretch students towards being able
to write good quality essays at University level, and yet develop an entrepre-
neurial outlook and vision. Students have use of the Oxford University library,
access to top quality tutors, teachers, and educational & business leaders.

2 week programme initially. The college also offers a continuation programme. You can choose to do more study in your first summer (after your initial two weeks) or you can return in subsequent summers — and so achieve a Diploma in Western Cultural History.

All host families are from the local community and are known to All Nations Tutorial College. You will be welcomed into the family who will share their home with you and help you as you adjust to life in England.
All rooms are comfortable, with a single bed and study facilities. The meals will be half-board, with breakfast and an evening meal. Your hosts will help if you have any special requirements.
