Daniel Michael Feck, everyone called him Feck. He passed away at the age of 74 years old. Feck died in Cincinnati, Ohio. He died on August 6, 2070. He died in his mansion, surrounded by family and close friends. The cause of death was a heart attack. He was born in Cincinnati, OH on October 25, 1996. His mother and father who have both passed away were Dave and Kim Feck. He had a little sister named Carmen who is here with us today. He attended grade school at Immaculate Heart of Mary and went to McNicholas High School. His childhood consisted of growing playing in the woods. He and his neighbors would play airsoft and go fishing in the creek during their time off school. His closest childhood school friends were Andrew and Jacob who are joining us as well today.

Feck married his college sweetheart Maggie on September 25, 2024. They got married on a beach in Destin, Florida, their favorite vacationing spot with their kids. He graduated from Marshall University with a degree in Sports Management and Marketing with a minor in business. He was recognized as one of the top graduates in his college. Once out of college he got a job with the Cincinnati Bearcats men’s basketball as a director of Operations. He worked his way up to an assistant coach and after just a couple shirt years became the head coach. Feck led them to two national championships and eight NCAA tournament appearances. The Court at Fifth Third Arena is now called Feck’s court.

Feck always talked about stories of his players celebrating after they won. His satisfaction in life was seeing them win after putting tons of hard work in. His greatest satisfaction is his son playing for him at UC and winning a national championship. He built a house in a nice community called Indian Hill and lived there until the day he died. Feck loved playing sports with his two sons in the backyard. He once told me “there is no greater enjoyment than seeing your two sons growing up in your footsteps.” Feck second favorite sport was basketball, he played every time he got a chance.

Lastly, Feck would like everyone here to not mourn over his death but to celebrate it, he loved each second of his whole life. He would like to say thank you to his wife for so many great memories along with his two sons who made him smile everyday he came home from work. His life can be described in three words exciting, hard-working and entertaining.
