END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR Bashir Research COORDINATE CONVERTER IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal ag reement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Bashir Researc h for software product(s) identified above ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT" or "SOFTWARE"). T he SOFTWARE PRODUCT includes computer software, the associated media, any printe d materials, and any "online" or electronic documentation. By installing, copyi ng or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms o f this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, Bashir Research is unwilling to license the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to you. In such event, you may not u s e or copy the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights: * Software. You may i nstall and use the SOFTWARE PROD UCT on a COMPUTER. * Storage/Network Use. You may also store or inst all a copy o f the computer sof tware portion of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on the COMPUTER to allow your other comput ers to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT over an internal network, and distribute the SOF TWARE PRODUCT to your other computers over an internal network. You may freely distribute the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, as long as the license.txt and README.txt are i ncluded. 2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS. * Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation an d Disassembly. You may no t reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and o nly to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law no twithstanding this limitation. * Rental. You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. * Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, Bashir Research may termi nate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must delete all copies of the SOFTWARE PR ODUCT and all of i ts component parts. 3. PRODUCT SUPPORT. No product support for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is provided by Bashir Research. If you have any questions or comm ents, we will try to answer them. Please write to [email protected]. 4. LIABILITY. The RECIPIENT ASSUMES ALL RISKS, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, OF USING THIS SOFTWARE. The DEVELOPER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS, and the RECIPIENT WAIVES, ANY and ALL PERFORMANC E OR RESULTS YOU MAY OBTAIN BY USING THIS SOFTWARE OR DOCU MENTATION. THERE IS N O WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR, IMPLIED, AS TO NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, M ERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL THE DEV ELOPER OR ANYONE ELSE ASSOCIATED WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF THIS SOFTWARE BE HELD L IABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST P ROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS WHATSOEVER.
