• Cloud born and vendor hosted unified system developed in partnership with other Early Adopters, 2011 to the present – work in progress
• Replaced multiple legacy systems reducing interoperability overheads and overall lifecycle cost, capturing efficiency gains
• Integrates with digital supply chain and campus IT systems e.g. uBase
• Migrated on schedule, and “go live” was 20 June 2013• Bibliographic records 1 768 886; serial holdings 78 784• Loans 41 836; staff and student records 48 507
• New functionality to improve lending services e.g. autorenewals• Retained existing key functionality supporting variable dynamic
loans, 24/7 self service offer and access control to sites• Feedback on autorenewals welcome• Thanks for your patience during implementation
