benchmarking group for large organisations) we have
had the fortune to work with, and learn from, a number of
world’s best performing organisations. As part of our commitment to support the
Consortium group and to advance the discipline of strategy execution we have committed
to make available to the wider community a comprehensive library of resources focused on
the topic of strategy execution.
I’m pleased to announce that this resource centre – which we have christened the “Stratex
Hub” has now been launched. Already featuring 70+ resources including tools, templates,
training materials, case-study presentations, educational videos as well as insightful papers
from thought leaders, we expect the number of resources available to increase rapidly over
the coming months as we receive more contributions from our network.
There is no charge to access – you simply need to create an account to get access to the
resources. These resources may be used freely inside your organisation as long as the
author is appropriately attributed.
