Library• Provides access to books, magazines, audios, videos, e-books, e-readers, online resources and public

computer workstations. Various programs and volunteer opportunities are also available.• The Library exists to provide free access to meet the information needs of our community, to enrich,

entertain and inspire, to help people learn new skills, better their education, improve literacy, and to increase social awareness and community involvement.

Museum• To collect and preserve the natural, physical and human history and to ensure this history is made

accessible to all people.• The Museum exhibits, interprets, collects, and preserves content, with an emphasis on Montana and

surrounding regions, for the enrichment, education, inspiration, and enjoyment of all.

Mission - To provide free and open access to Montana related digital materials. These materials provide opportunities for education, genealogy research, business, pleasure, and lifelong learning. The Montana Memory Project encourages cultural institutions to digitize and share historic and contemporary resources.
