The primary function of the independent juror is not, as many think, to dispense punishment to fellow citizens accused of

breaking various laws, but rather to protect fellow citizens from tyrannical abuses of power by the government. Fija.org

Jury Nullification occurs in a trial when a jury acquits a defendant they believe to be guilty of the charges against them. This may occur when members of the jury disagree with the law the defendant has been charged with, or believe that thelaw should not be applied in that particular case. An acquittal cannot be overturned. Our Founding Fathers universallyconsidered it to be a powerful weapon in the war against tyranny. May we respond accordingly.

Good News: On that Hallowed day designed to celebrate The Dark, It seems The Light had another design for America. Consider these inspiring excerpts as reported by Sheriff Mack, Author of Americas Last Hope, The County Sher iff :

Sheriff Finch did exactly what all of us have been hoping and praying for now for so many years; henullified a gun charge and the arrest of a law-abiding citizen. So the State, under the direction of onecorrupt deputy Attorney General (Willie Meggs) with complicity of an equally corrupt FL Governor, actuallyarrested and removed from office the duly elected Sheriff of Liberty County, Florida.

Sheriff Finch was charged and arrested and booked into his own jail last June. Sheriff Finch had donesomething nearly unheard of, yet noble and courageous. He nullified the arrest of a law abiding citizenwho had the audacity of carrying a gun in his pocket. Sheriff Finch said "not on my watch." So the Statemoved in, arrested the Sheriff and re-arrested the citizen, Mr. Parish.

On October 31, 2013 Sheriff Nick Finch won his case at trial in Liberty County, Florida. The charges werecomplete nonsense to begin with, and the laughter in the courtroom was difficult to suppress as theprosecution presented its flimsy, farcical case. A jury consisting of six Liberty County citizens nullified thecharges against Sheriff Finch and told the State officials who brought this case to trial that they werehaving none of their shenanigans. Sheriff Finch was reinstated as Sheriff just 15 minutes later.

There you have it folks. The jury is truly one of the keys that makes the US system (when used) powerful against tyranny.Interestingly, attorneys, in their binding loyalty to the law society over the US, are precluded from informing juries of jurynullification power. We must know our rights before we hit any courtroom. It is war in there . Tim DeChristopher could haveavoided jail if the jury had only known. How many whistleblowers would be free now if we took a minute to restore ourcommunal trust with each other and learn how to protect each other from over-arching, one-size-fits-all federal stipulations

that no one can keep up with and are clearly designed to protect and serve the increasingly oppressive structure?

I consider trial by jury as the only anchor yet imagined by man, by which agovernment can be held to the principles of its constitution. T. Jefferson

In the 21 st century with its oppressive drug laws aimed at certain target groups, jury nullification can be a powerful tool insteering our communities back toward compassion ate and healing approaches similar to the type the Center forRestorative Justice promotes. Our youth deserve our intelligent cooperation. Thank you on this 11/11 to all veterans ofhonorable service toward freedom and peace. May you help us protect against domestic tyranny. Consider becoming an

Oath Keeper to help raise consciousness here at home. To Freedom. In Peace.
