Usually, companies never pay attention to sexualorientation.

If gay/lesbian workers open up their real self, theyllget insults from their colleagues, so some of them

choose not to show who they are.

Conclusion

Indonesia and United States of America are

actually facing the similar conditions regarding

LGBT discrimination at work.

From the comparison :United States of Americas government, society

and companies are making continuous efforts to

decrease the number of LGBT discrimination.

Indonesias government, society and companies

are somehow widening the space for LGBT

discrimination to happen.
